Graduate and Emerging Talent Programme

Our graduate programme opens for applications in September of each year, for successful applicants to commence the following September. We typically shortlist in November (for planning applicants) and December (for surveying applicants) and hold assessment centres the following month.

We offer our graduates the chance to get stuck in from day one. What’s more, because we’re known for one of the highest partner-client ratio in the sector, our graduates have direct access to senior partners on a day to day basis.
