Gerald Eve has strengthened its investment advisory capabilities with the recruitment of Angus Minford as a partner in the firm’s Capital Markets team.

With 26 years’ experience, Angus was previously head of national investment at JLL, with a primary focus on the office sector in Greater London, the South East and key regional markets. He advises across sales, acquisitions and development, with additional expertise on portfolios. He will start at Gerald Eve in July.

Capital markets is an area of strategic focus for Gerald Eve, with investment in new services including last year’s launch of GE Corporate Finance, analytics capabilities and ongoing innovation in wider advisory. The firm’s highly analytical and versatile approach saw it advise on £1.6 billion of investment transactions in 2019.
