Angela Duru

I was tasked with creating, and am now part of, a business centre to work with commercial landlords to help assets reach their potential. We create asset strategies that identify opportunities for capital and income growth. I help lead an award-winning team of facilities managers, building managers and surveyors to provide bespoke property management solutions to commercial landlords, focusing on value, sustainability and proactive income protection.

My past experience has mainly centered on private clients for whom I have been expected to compile and execute aggressive Property and Asset management strategies. I also have vast property management experience and have worked for larger institutional investors such as Aberdeen Asset Management, Barclays UK Retirement Fund for whom I was involved in the sale of the Peloton Portfolio. I am now heavily involved in the management of The Daily Mail Pension Fund, Christ Hospital Foundation, Bank of England, as well as private clients including The Qatari Royal Family, Clients of Citi and Sete London.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• Expert Witness – I act as an advisory expert in high value commercial Property Management disputes
• 200,000 sq ft of office space being developed in Central London – I advise occupational Landlords on the set up and effective management of their properties.
