I am an Associate and Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute within our Planning and Development team. I have been with Gerald Eve for over five years having started on the graduate scheme in September 2015.

I provide planning advice for a wide variety of schemes including mixed use, commercial, cultural and residential development proposals, particularly within Central London.

My work involves providing advice on planning issues, liaising and instructing other members of multi-disciplinary development teams, negotiations with planning officers, preparing, submitting and monitoring applications and advising on post-planning matters.

I have specific experience in the City of London, the London Borough of Camden, the London Borough of Islington and the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames.

Some of my key clients include; Almacantar, British Library, LabTech, Old Park Lane Management, Reselton Properties Limited and Seaforth Land.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

  • British Library Extension (LB Camden) – I am part of the team advising SMBL (JV partner to the British Library) on the extension of Britain’s national library. The development will also deliver a significant quantum of office and lab-enabled office floorspace in this central Knowledge Quarter Innovation District location and will see the provision of infrastructure for Crossrail 2.
  • The Former Stag Brewery for Reselton Properties Ltd (LB Richmond): I am part of the planning team appointed to deliver the significant redevelopment and regeneration of the Stag Brewery site in Mortlake, West London. The site, which extends to over 22 acres, has a 200m River Thames frontage and is recognised as one of the prime development opportunities on the River.
  • Space House for Seaforth Land (LB Camden) – Working closely with Camden planning, design and conservation officers, I was part of the consultant team that secured planning permission and listed building consent for the sensitive refurbishment and extension of this Grade II listed building, recognised by Historic England as “one of London’s best speculative office buildings”. We were able to negotiate a payment in lieu of housing and will also deliver extensive improvements to the public realm, opening up the ground floor to the public. I continue to work on the scheme advising on post-planning matters.
  • 20 Ropemaker Street for Old Park Lane Management (LB Islington): Working closely with CO-RE, advising Old Park Lane Management, I was part of a team which secured planning permission for the redevelopment of 20 Ropemaker Street. Planning permission was granted for a 27-storey office-led development which neighbours the City of London. The scheme provided 45,000sqm of new office accommodation, affordable workspace and flexible retail uses at ground floor. I continue to work on the scheme advising on post-planning matters.
