I have been at Gerald Eve for approximately 4 and a half years now, following my move across from Aitchison Raffety, where I carried out much of the same work, but also in other markets such as the retail and office markets and the primary healthcare sector.

I have worked with clients including; Care UK, Friends of the Elderly, Alpha Plus, Dukes Education, United Colleges Group, Eurocentres Foundation services, Daughters of Charity of St Vincent de Paul, Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary, the Seventh-day Adventist Church and Society of the Sacred Heart.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• Sale of an attractive Victorian former College freehold in Queen’s Park/Maida Vale, on behalf of United Colleges Group. An extensive marketing process generated significant interest from a range of different purchasers, which sold to an independent school.
• Sale of a language school in Central London for independent school use. The sale was on behalf of a charity owned language school and included an initial valuation and advice on options, full marketing, negotiation and management through to exchange of contracts.
• Montessori St Nicholas – managed the sale of the Charity’s attractive head office in the heart of St Johns Wood, London, to a local prep school. The property was sold at the height of the pandemic.
