Iā€™m an Associate in our Planning and Development team, based in London. I provide planning and development advice for a wide range of clients in respect of mixed-use, commercial, residential and other developments.

Part of my role here at Gerald Eve involves advising clients on commercial mixed-use retail and leisure developments, as well as other commercial, industrial and residential led schemes. My work spans due diligence and planning risk indicators, through to the preparation, submission, negotiation and project management of applications and appeals. I also provide advice on planning issues on major development projects across the country, with an emphasis on providing practical solutions to development issues and minimising the risk from the ever more complicated planning process, whilst maintaining ongoing consideration to the commercial viability of the project.

My key clients include Lazari Investments Limited, Ocado, Demar Holdings, Essential Living, Frontier Estates, Shotover Estate, 4C Hotel Group, Signature, Augustinian Care, Aberdeen Standard Investments, Fermor Land LLP and Drift Limits.

 

MY RECENT PROJECTS

  • 22-42 High Road, Wood Green, Haringey ā€“ Lazari Investments Limited – I secured resolution to grant in respect of a scheme for the demolition of the existing buildings and redevelopment to provide part 3-8 storey buildings providing mixed use development, comprising circa 200 residential accommodation units, flexible retail units, flexible workspaces, a 134 bed hotel, and a public courtyard, with associated site access, car and cycle parking, and landscaping works.
  • Stephenson House, Hampstead Road, Camden ā€“ Lazari Investments Limited – I secured planning permission for redevelopment of Stephenson House to provide ground plus 7 storey building, to provide 18,181sqm (GIA) of Class B1 Office floorspace, 904sqm (GIA) of flexible Class B1/D1 floorspace, 857sqm (GIA) of Class A1 Retail floorspace, 118sqm (GIA) of Class A3 Retail floorspace and 17 Residential units, comprising 11 market units, and 6 affordable units.
  • Ocado, Various sites – I provided ongoing planning advice about the Ocado portfolio, including advising on the development potential of the sites; providing strategic and general planning advice including appraisals; advising of planning requirements to enable occupation of units; and obtaining planning permission for site amendments and changes of use to industrial.
