I’m a Senior Associate working as part of our Lease Consultancy team, specialising in retail and restaurants across London and the South East. I bring 10 years' property experience and nearly six years of retail and restaurant lease consultancy experience to my role.

I act for landlords and tenants at rent review, lease renewal and in re-gear negotiations. I have wide experience in taking cases to arbitration and Independent Expert Determination and am a registered valuer.

I’ve worked with WH Smith, Costa, Pizza Express, Azzurri Group, Gails, Maroush, Poundland, Boots and Grosvenor.

 

MY RECENT PROJECTS

  • Edgware Road – I acted on multiple restaurant rent reviews and lease renewals for Maroush on Edgware Road and negotiated significant rental savings for the tenant. The rent roll is in excess of £500,000pa.
  • John Nodes – I advised the landlord on a portfolio of retail rent reviews across London. The strategic advice I provided secured rental increases at a number of properties.
  • WH Smith, Waterlooville – I acted for WH Smith at lease renewal and secured a 24% reduction in rent along with favourable lease terms for them.
