I am a Senior Associate in the Capital Markets team with 6 years’ experience, based in our West End office, specialising in Industrial and Logistics Investment across the UK. I have been at Gerald Eve my entire working career having started on the graduate scheme in September 2015 and qualifying as a Member of the RICS in 2017.

I specialise in the underwriting and brokerage of real estate transactions across the Industrial sector and  I advise a broad range of clients including US Investment Banks, UK Institutions, REITS, Property Companies and Private Investors. Over the last 12 months I have advised 8 separate clients on over £90million of industrial acquisitions across 10 transactions.

My key clients include; Capital Industrial, Valor, abrdn, M&G and AEW.

 

MY RECENT PROJECTS

  • 5-10 Brandon Road, Kings Cross – the acquisition of a Central London industrial estate for £33.75m on behalf of Kadans Science Partner in July 2021.
  • Total Park, Theale – acquisition of a £10.10m prime multi-let industrial estate on behalf of RTP Global in April 2021.
  • Verney Road, North Bermondsey – the acquisition of a £4.75m single let industrial unit on behalf of Capital Industrial in March 2021.
  • DHL, Stanton – the acquisition of a £15.60m DHL distribution hub on behalf of AEW, totalling 664,027 sq ft in December 2020.
  • Aston41, Aylesbury – the acquisition of a £8.90m prime industrial unit on behalf of CEW Capital in December 2020.
