My work ensures delivery of development through viability assessment and S106 agreement advice; be it advice in regard to feasibility assessments, masterplans/regeneration, planning applications; or viability responses to planning policies.

I also provide development advice, sitting on the working group which advised the DCLG on the amended CIL Regulations (2014)/ I have presented at various recent RICS conferences and acted as an expert witness regarding viability matters.

I have acted for a number of public bodies including Westminster City Council, Royal Borough Kensington and Chelsea, LB Lewisham, providing financial viability advice on over 25 planning applications since 2014; including New Scotland Yard (Victoria); US Admiralty (20 Grosvenor Square) and Dukes Lodge (Holland Park).
