I’m a Partner in our Corporate Property Management team based in Milton Keynes. I have more than 12 years’ experience in the retail, industrial and leisure sectors and have worked for corporate occupiers, institutional landlords and pension funds including Whitbread, WH Smith, Guoman Hotels, The Hotel Collection, CBRE Investors and Henderson UK Property Fund.

I became part of our mobilisation team for the WH Smith contract in August 2011, dealing with the auditing of client data and coordinating with my property management finance colleagues and software development teams throughout the transition. Prior to joining the team here at Gerald Eve, I undertook property and asset management for property companies and institutional clients, spanning a wide range of property sectors and locations.

I work closely with Whitbread and Guoman Hotels, AB Inbev and Deliveroo Editions advising them on the property management of their estates. This advice includes day-to-day property management, database management, service charge analysis, landlord applications, asset management of the estates and disposal of surplus elements of the estates.

 

MY RECENT PROJECTS

  • Whitbread – I provided advice to Whitbread on estate optimisation and innovation. Our team was named winner of the Whitbread Corporate Services Supplier of the Year Award.
  • Guoman Hotels – I provided strategic property advice to Guoman Hotels.
  • Premier Inn – I provided advice on hotel lease regears for Premier Inn.
