I have particular knowledge of and experience within Greater London and, as a result, I’ve established strong relationships and connections with senior officers in many London boroughs, including Hammersmith and Fulham, Ealing and Croydon. My commercially-minded approach to planning strategies and advice helps to maximise client objectives and minimise planning risk.

As well as London Boroughs such as Hammersmith and Fulham, Ealing and Croydon, my key clinets include Stanhope, Yoo Capital, HUB and Women’s Pioneer Housing.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• BBC Television Centre, White City – I advised on Stanhope’s redevelopment of TVC, involving over 900 residential units and over 200,000sqm of floorspace. I managed all planning-related aspects concerning the implementation of the development.
• Taberner House, Croydon – I advised on HUB’s development of the former Taberner House site in central Croydon for over 500 new apartments, including a tower of 35 storey’s plus commercial uses. I manage the implementation stage of the project after planning permission was granted in 2017.
• Olympia, London – I advised on Olympus Property Holding’s redevelopment and regeneration of the Olympia Exhibition Centre, to provide over 200,000 sqm of floorspace for arts and exhibition, office, hotel, retail, food and beverage, cinema, co-working, theatre and live music uses.
