I joined Gerald Eve from Jones Lang LaSalle, where I was involved in the provision of loan security valuations for commercial and residential properties across the south east and London with values ranging from £500,000 up to £10 m plus. I was also responsible for co-ordinating the quarterly Fund valuation of a mixed-use commercial portfolio with a value in excess of £150 m for Fund purposes with properties based in the UK and Europe.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• I co-ordinated the valuation of a portfolio for a major bank for loan security purposes of six mixed use properties (retail, pub, restaurant, industrial and offices) located in the south east, London and Scotland with a total value in excess of £26 m.
• I co-ordinated the valuation of a portfolio for internal management purposes for a property company of 43 mixed use assets (retail, residential, office and industrial) with a value in excess of £80 m.
• I look after the annual valuation for accounting purposes for a property company of an office development near Battersea with a value in excess of £30 m.
