I’m a Partner in our Planning and Development department and advise on planning matters for a wide range of corporate and private investors and developers as well as occupiers across private, public and voluntary sectors.

I have a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the town planning and development process and combine this with a clear understanding of the political dimension of decision making and the aspirations of the localism agenda. I am also active in influencing emerging policy on behalf of clients.

I work with clients such as: Signature Senior Lifestyle, Augustinian Care: Healthcare, 4C Hotels, Point A Hotels: Hospitality and Hotels, City of London office development, The Go-Ahead Group Urban Transport infrastructure, Taylor Wimpey, Cala Homes.

 

MY RECENT PROJECTS

  • Minories for 4C Hotels – I was the lead planning consultant on this mixed-use office, hotel and residential development with a combined development value of £300m.
  • Queensbridge House for 4C Hotels – I acted as the lead planning consultant on this hotel and residential development with a combined development value of £210m.
  • Signature care portfolio – I was the lead planning consultant for this portfolio, developing care homes across the South East.
