Robert Dring

I have over ten years pre/post qualification experience. Prior to joining Gerald Eve in May 2015, I qualified in 2010 and worked with DTZ’s central London PM team working on behalf of international and city-based investors. These included Middle and Far East wealth funds, city based livery companies along with high net worth individuals. Building on experience gained on the landlord side, I now act for national corporate occupiers.

I act for WH Smith and previously had a limited role acting for Byron Hamburgers.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• I manage sensitive client bulk lease exits involving due diligence, management of legal and building consultancy advice, supporting with store strip out teams and liaising with Landlords.
• I’m responsible for overseeing complex repairing matters including verifying liability, liaison with client insurance teams, taking legal advice and management of communication and expectations.
• I set up the Service charge following a head lease acquisition.
