I have been in a leadership role for some time, spinning many plates to ensure teams bring together their talents, differences, experiences and knowledge to create the best outcome for all stakeholders be they clients, colleagues, tenants or the wider professional team.

This has produced significant successes whilst advising the Daily Mail Pension Fund, six AIB Belfry Funds, high net worth individuals and private offices for example The Bank of Kuwait. Within these funds I was instrumental in increasing capital value year on year through aggressive asset management and selective purchase and sales strategies.

This has been achieved by building strong relationships and communicating with investors in plain English, providing support from an accepted offer to a mobilised site with minimal fuss and a no nonsense approach.
