Our Diversity Steering Committee, which is made up of fee earning and business services employees from across our business, is tasked with leveraging opportunities to attract and retain a diverse workforce. The committee is dedicated to creating and enhancing an inclusive workplace culture where diversity is not only accepted but valued and built into the culture of our firm.
