Executive Board

I have held the role of Senior Partner since 2015, with responsibility for driving the overall strategy and performance of the firm, as well as promoting a more diverse working environment and ensuring our practices remain best in class. I am always looking at ways we can work smarter and provide an even better level of advice and service to our clients.

I am a member of our executive board and chair our diversity committee. In 2019 I was appointed chair of the UK and Ireland board of the RICS on a three-year term.

Prior to being appointed senior partner I was head of our City office, and I continue to maintain a focus on client work. I am responsible for the investment and agency transactions for London and south east offices, and have advised on some of the largest and highest-profile office transactions and restructuring deals over the past five years.

I’ve been managing partner since 2008, and chair both the executive board and remuneration committee, as well as being a member of the strategy board. I oversee the day-to-day business and work closely with the senior leadership team to make the right decisions on behalf of our clients and employees.

The most rewarding aspect of my role is supporting the firm through a period of sustained growth. I genuinely believe we have created something different to offer clients, with our full-service, partner-led consultative approach.

Prior to becoming managing partner, I was client partner for some of the firm’s largest industrial and transport clients, and appeared as an expert witness in both the High Court and Lands Tribunal.

I’m a Partner in our Planning and Development department, and a member of the executive board. I was a founding partner of Moseley & Webb before we merged with Gerald Eve in September 2007.

My background and expertise are in complex, high-profile commercial, retail, hotel, residential and mixed-use development and regeneration projects across London. I’m also planning advisor to, and board member and treasurer of, the City Property Association.

I advise leading UK and international owners, developers, investors and occupiers.

I’m a Partner here at Gerald Eve and head up our Alternative Markets team. I’m a member of our executive board and chair of our valuation panel, which is responsible for both reviewing and monitoring all major valuation advice.

I have expertise in advising on operational real estate and the opportunities arising, as well as having an extensive charity client base, principally religious, education or healthcare charities.

I specialise in valuation, strategic estates advice and transactions for education, healthcare and other institutional properties, both as operational entities and with vacant possession.

I head up our national business group of offices outside London and am a member of our executive board and strategy board. I’m also the head of our Corporate Property Management team that manages over 5,000 properties for occupier clients.

I’m responsible for property management and strategy for occupier clients. In my previous role, as head of property at Booker, I was responsible for all stores, distribution units, head office property and investment/development sites in a 12m sq ft portfolio.

I’m a Partner, responsible for design and development of custom software solutions. These solutions encompass property management, rating and accounting databases.

I have widespread experience in valuation and rating work with an emphasis on properties in the leisure and retail sector. I direct and manage our software development team responsible for our Sesame, Retrieve and Generate products, which provide a platform for rating, corporate real estate management and property management finance, as well as providing our core job management tool. I have managed integrations between these in-house developed application and proprietary software including MS Dynamics, SharePoint and Infor SunAccounts, as well as bespoke interfaces with clients’ systems.
