TLT & GERALD EVE SUSTAINABLE PLACES
The world of work is changing. The ESG agenda was already rapidly moving up the priority list of occupiers and, with the impact of the global pandemic, we are witnessing dramatic changes in the way we think about the spaces we occupy.
The coming years will see changing occupier and employee concerns, as well as evolving regulation, shape what offices look like. Making sure the needs of occupiers, employees, owners and investors are aligned going forward is critical.
In episode three of our Sustainable Places series, Esther Smith and Amy Bryant look at why occupiers are increasingly choosing green buildings, what future offices are likely to look like, what employees want from their shared working environments and how landlords, developers and investors are responding to this.
