TLT & GERALD EVE SUSTAINABLE PLACES
Considerations around sustainability are increasingly driving tenant, owner and investor behaviour, and are also beginning to impact the way that commercial buildings are being valued. But sustainability is just one of the components that valuers need to consider when calculating the potential rent and yield of a property. So, how can we accurately quantify the value of green assets, especially in relation to other kinds of assets?
In this session, Ed Hayes, Michael Riordan and Jas Rahi take a closer look at valuation approaches, and consider if asking how they should differ for ‘green’ and ‘non-green’ assets.
