The Oslo office was founded in 2000. In 2006 a second office in Norway was established in Tromsø covering the northern region in Norway. The professional staff includes 9 experienced agents/consultants in Oslo and 5 in Tromsø.

The Norwegian economy is very strong. The Oslo region is the fastest growing capital region in Europe. More than ¼ of Norway’s 5,3 million population is located in this area. The real estate market is growing and becoming more transparent and available for new players – especially in the Oslo region and the 5-6 other main regions. Total turnover in the commercial real estate market in 2015 was more than € 14 billion, whilst in 2016 the figure was about € 8 million, both years with many international investors involved.
