I am an Associate in Gerald Eve’s Planning & Development team. A chartered surveyor with 6 years’ experience, I specialise in providing financial viability analysis, valuations, expert witness, and CPO advice as part of the development process for a wide range of landowners, public sector bodies and occupiers.
The advice I provide to clients spans different sectors, markets and purposes. At Gerald Eve I have predominantly focused on viability advice and land valuations which involve development schemes for residential, build to rent, industrial and other commercial uses in London and the Southeast.
