I carry out contract management of refurbishments and large scale repairs, pre-acquisition surveys, development monitoring for funding organisations and potential occupiers, advise on dilapidation liabilities and claims, and consider building pathology, inspecting and reporting on specific defects within a diverse range of building types and ages.

I have provided expert advice and consultancy to Soho Estates Ltd, Ericsson, Whitbread, AB InBev, Laing O’Rourke, Cummins Ltd, Brakes Bros Ltd and Chivas Brothers, Pernod Ricard, Brake Bros Ltd, Peugeot Motor Company Ltd.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• Prologis – I provided contract management services for the refurbishment of a 120,000 sq ft distribution building in Hemel Hempstead.
• Carlsberg – I provided contract management services for the refurbishment of a roof over a 150,000 sq ft bonded warehouse unit in the West Midlands.
• Soho Estates – I provided contract management services for numerous works including large scale external repairs, internal refurbishment of common areas and formally tenanted offices and licensed premises.
