I work across the Harmsworth Pooled Property Unit Trust (Daily Mail Pension Fund) portfolios, implementing strategic asset management initiatives and providing management services. The assets under my management are located across the UK and cover a range of asset classes.

I worked at LSH for 5 years from 2016 where I qualified as a Chartered Surveyor where I worked in the Valuation and Property and Asset Management departments. I represented and advised on the portfolios for a number of funds and family offices, as well as that of a blue chip company’s occupational portfolio.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• Redevelopment and Refurbishment – North England – A retail tenant’s recent lease surrender provided the value-add opportunity to reconfigure the ground floor and basement of a mixed-use property. The majority of the asset’s value is held in the 4 floors of office above. To protect and increase the value of the office floors, I enacted a scheme to expand and modernise the reception at ground floor, while introducing shower and bike amenities to the basement.
• Lease Surrender and Renewal – London – While at LSH I worked on the strategy to align a portfolio for a commercially-led redevelopment to deliver 1.5 million sq ft of mixed-use accommodation. To enable development to begin, vacant possession was required across a number of the assets. I negotiated the surrender of the existing leases and their renewal onto favourable terms to enable vacant possession to be achieved for development to proceed.
• Occupational Management – National – As the former Account Manager for a client who was a blue-chip company, I provided advice and management services for their national occupational portfolio. The portfolio consisted of over 50 leasehold interests and 10 freehold interests. The properties are located from as north as Glasgow to as south as Exeter, and everywhere in-between.
