My role is focused on development and affordable housing consultancy including acquisition and disposal work. I advise an extensive list of developer clients on the delivery of multi tenure housing from site inception, through the planning approval process to disposal. I also have extensive experience advising on Financial Viability Assessments and Section 106 disposals and acquisitions.

I act for a wide range of clients including Lab Tech, Lazari, The Crown Estate, Key Stone Partners, Mace, London Borough of Tower Hamlets, London Borough of Ealing, Woman’s Pioneer Housing.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• Affordable Housing Consultancy – I advise developers on the delivery of multi tenure housing from site inception, through the planning approval process to disposal. My work also includes policy interpretation and advice on appropriate residential strategies for a scheme including negotiations with the Planning team; housing design input and consultation with RPs. Some of my key clients in this area include Lazari and Reselton Properties Limited.
• Financial Viability Assessments (FVA) – I act for a number of developers delivering mixed use, residential led developments across London, including Westfield (Westfield London), and Silvertown Homes (Thameside West, Dock Road). My experience also includes reviews of Financial Viability on behalf of Local Authority clients including the London Borough of Ealing and Lewisham. Recent projects have included a review of a 2,000 unit Build to Rent scheme in Greenford. I also previously acted for the Greater London Authority on the due diligence review for the re-development of Bishopsgate Goodsyard in the LB Tower Hamlets and Hackney.
• Section 106 Disposals – I act on behalf of a number of Developers and land-owners on the disposal of Section 106 affordable housing opportunities The sites are distributed across London with specific focus in Camden, Islington, Westminster, Southwark and Haringey for clients including The Crown Estate, Lab Tech and Royal London.
