MY RECENT PROJECTS

• Keltbray – Acting on behalf of Keltbray, I provide acquisition and disposal advice on their evolving London/SE property requirements. I have recently provided them with acquisition advice for 2.5 acres of open storage land in West London.
• Royal London – On behalf of Royal London, I provided disposal advice on their 6 unit scheme at Orchard Business Park, Woking. The scheme comprises approximately 76,000 sq ft of warehouse/logistics accommodation, home to a variety of occupiers including McLaren Automotive and Euro Car Parts.
• M&G – On behalf of M&G, I provide disposal advice in relation to their 98,500 sq ft standalone warehouse/distribution facility in Barking as well as their 6 unit scheme at SG1, Stevenage.
