I have a track record of delivering a wide range of planning permissions for different sectors and in different locations across the UK. I have a deep understanding of national planning guidance and the political issues behind the decision-making process, allowing me to meet clients’ objectives while working proactively with Local Planning Authorities.

I act for landowners, developers, investors and occupiers. My key clients include: Muse Developments; Redrow Homes North West; Story Homes; AB InBev UK; Marshalls; Henley Investments, Peugeot Motor Company Plc and Hargreaves Land.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• 800 Bed Student Development, Coventry City Centre – I secured planning permission, on behalf of Regents Godiva, for a new 800 unit student development of 4-9 storeys and improvements to the public realm and associated facilities in Coventry City Centre.
• 27-hectare site, Basford East, Crewe – I secured planning permission, on behalf of Muse Developments, for 325 residential dwellings, four hectares of commercial development and associated works in Cheshire East.
• Green Belt Site, Knowsley – I secured planning permission for 207 residential units on a Green Belt site in Kirkby. Following detailed pre-application discussions with officers and local residents, the Council’s Planning Committee unanimously approved the scheme.
