I joined Gerald Eve in 2019 having worked in various commercial organisations such as Watts Group Limited, Capita and Atkins. My experience is varied having worked across Historic and listed buildings and in the education, office, retail industrial, leisure and healthcare sectors.

I work with a variety of clients including, Health Facilities Scotland, Health Service Executive, Various individual NHS boards, University of Glasgow, The University of Edinburgh, University of the West of Scotland, Aberdeen Standard, Aspin Estates, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Triple Point REIT, AG Homes, Co-operative Group, ASDA, WH Smith, Whitbread, Hammerson.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• West Granton Road, Edinburgh – I provided building surveying consultancy services for the acquisition of a 35,000ft² bingo hall in Edinburgh. Services provided were the provision of building inspection report and contract administration services for full strip out and refurbishment of property. Change of use and statutory approvals were also obtained.
• 14-18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow – Following successful dilapidation negotiation we were appointed to design and manage the full refurbishment of this four-storey Grade A listed property. The property was converted from a single tenant occupancy to multi-tenanted office accommodation on upper floors and licensed commercial premises on the ground and basement.
• University of Edinburgh – I project managed and provided the stragey compliance and condition survey of approximately 820,000 sqm of University estate information to support long term maintenance provision and planned development programme.
