I was responsible for setting up the leisure agency and advisory business whilst at JLL and dealt with many of the major leisure developments in the UK. I was also head of the out of town retail investment team. Having founded a retail and leisure investment agency in 2003, I continued to advise investor and developer clients on acquisitions, sales and development funding.

My key clients include DTZ Investors, X Leisure (Landsec), L&G, M&G, Turnstone Estates, Threadneedle and Blue Coast Capital.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• Advised on the acquisition of Printworks, Manchester, a 370,000sqft prime city centre leisure development anchored by a 20 screen Odeon, for £110m on behalf of DTZ Investors.
• Advised on the acquisition and subsequent disposal, following various asset management initiatives undertaken, of Fiveways Birmingham, a 200,000sqft cinema anchored city centre leisure scheme, on behalf of Blue Coast Capital, for £34.7m.
• Advised DTZ Investors on the funding acquisition of Buttermarket Ipswich, a repurposed 220,000sqft shopping centre anchored by a 12 screen Empire cinema and Bowl, TK Maxx, shops and restaurants with a 420 space multi storey car park, for c. £55m.
