I am a Senior Associate in our Operational Real Estate department and is a RICS Registered Valuer.
My expertise is in providing Red Book valuations and advising clients for a range of purposes in the healthcare, education, and local authority sectors. I have particular expertise in application of the Depreciated Replacement Cost (DRC) and Contractor’s methods of valuation for specialised properties within the public sector.
