I have developed particular experience in project roles and managing and coordinating portfolios of instructions for clients. These include the contract administration of refurbishment and fit out work and the coordination of other instructions across several sites.

I’ve developed consultancy experience across a wide range of sectors, including Historic and listed buildings, Education, Offices, Retail, Industrial, Hotels and Healthcare.

I have acted on behalf of a range of clients, including; Church Commissioners for England, Birkbeck College, China Construction Bank, Citi Bank, Environment Agency, MOD, TH Real Estate, Cornerstone Real Estate, CBRE Global Investors, UBS, Legal and General and DTZ Investors.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• The Water Gardens, The Church Commissioners for England – I advised on the renewal of the electrical infrastructure serving a gated development of residential flats.
• 39-47 Gordon Square, Birkbeck College – I advised on the development and options appraisal of a Grade I Listed terrace of nine residential properties.
• Vision Industrial Park, Victoria & Albert Museum – I undertook a building survey of an industrial warehouse for occupational purposes.
