I have acted for corporate occupiers and landlords in the acquisition and disposal of a broad range of Industrial/logistics properties across the wider midlands. This experience includes new build, existing and repositioning schemes to increase asset value.

My key clients are occupiers, investors and developers, including St Modwen, Tungsten Developments, Pannaton, AE and Leicestershire County Council.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• GKN plc – I advised on the disposal of three sites in the Midlands totalling 1m sq ft on a freehold basis for development. The sites all sold in line with client’s financial and accounting time-lines.
• Royal Mail – I advised on the disposal of a 180,000 sq ft distribution warehouse in Coventry. I identified an occupier and agreed terms within three months of instruction. The terms agreed were above passing rent and void costs were minimised.
• TNT – I advised on the freehold sale of former parcel depot and offices in Northampton totalling 95,784 sq ft on 8.7 acres. This included the sale and leaseback of offices to secure medium-term operational continuity, with the sale agreed above price expectation.
