I provide valuation and lease consultancy advice to owners and occupiers of all types of property including specialist assets such as medical assets, petro-chemical assets, port related assets, leisure properties, waste and energy properties, retail, industrial, offices and food stores. I have provided dilapidations advice all most assets classes, expert reports for court, 3^rd party submissions, portfolio asset valuations and valuations in connection with litigation.

I have a wide spectrum of clients including Bestway Pharmacy, the Co-operative Group, Valero Energy, Puma Energy, Murco, Prax, Travis Perkins, Boots, Lloyds Pharmacy, Sims Metals, Origin Fertilisers, SA Brain, Etex, Viridor, Hanson, Tarmac, Barclays, as well as solicitors, property investors and Quango’s such as the DVLA.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• Lease consultancy advice – I’ve advised various major occupiers including The Co-operative Group, Coral, Viridor Waste, Tarmac, Boots, Lloyds Pharmacy, Hanson, Lafarge, Ask, Zizzi and Pizza Express.
• Petro-chemical sites – I have advised on various tank farms, refinery premises and storage depots for operators in the petro-chemicals industry saving one client over £1.95m in rent on a rent review.
• Waste & Recycling facilities – I undertook a rent review, lease re-gear and a valuation of a 70-acre waste transfer station and recycling facility in the south west. I have also advised on the value of various sites for Energy from Waste facilities across the south west and Wales.
