With over 11 years’ experience working in private planning consultancy, my expertise lies in advising clients on large scale mixed use, often complex, schemes throughout London, including strategic regeneration projects.

I provide advice on national, regional and local policies and the planning and development processes coupled with the political issues that affect decision making. I have a commercially minded approach that maximises client objectives as part of a multidisciplinary team. I have particular experience advising on large scale redevelopment proposals in Greater London.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• Hub’s redevelopment of the former Taberner House, Croydon, for over 500 new homes and commercial uses within four towers up to 35 storeys.
• The redevelopment of an existing hotel at 4 Portal Way, Ealing, to provide two linked buildings of 45 and 55 storeys to include up to 702 residential units, a hotel, and commercial uses.
• The conversion of 334 Oxford Street (the former Debenhams) on behalf of Ramsbury for a mix of uses including retail, office and restaurant/leisure uses.
• Plassy Island in Lewisham for the Church Commissioners, a strategic site within the heart of Catford.
