My specialism is rent reviews, lease renewals and re-structuring, dispute resolution, and asset management initiatives across all property types, including children’s nurseries, ground leases, industrial/storage, leisure, office, retail and pharmacy premises. I advise clients on all aspects of the lease event process from budgeting, negotiation, identifying and securing opportunities to extract value, and preparing submissions in the capacity of an Expert Witness for Arbitration and Independent Expert Determinations in the event an amicable agreement can’t be reached.

I co-ordinate and undertake instructions on behalf of a well-known Scottish business with a UK-wide industrial and office portfolio. Our service is a ‘one-stop-shop’ assisting with all their property requirements and queries which includes regular reporting on matters such as acquisition and disposal of premises, compulsory purchase, rating appeals, re-instatement cost assessments and valuation.
