My experience has focused on ‘Red Book’ Valuations for lenders, public sector / local authorities, listed companies, charities and private clients, for loan security, accounts, and acquisition / disposal purposes. Specialising in nurseries, schools, colleges, conference / training centres, places of worship, and healthcare, I have valued across the UK.

I work with the National Autistic Society, Harpur Trust, Fennies Day Nurseries, OakNorth, Cynergy, and the Seventh-day Adventist Church, providing valuations, ensuring compliance with the Charities Act and delivering ongoing consultancy advice.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• Fennies Day Nurseries – I undertake valuations of Fennies Day Nurseries Portfolio in Kent, Surrey and Greater London locations for secured lending purposes. The portfolio includes trading assets and new sites being acquired and under construction.
• AEW – I carried out purchaser due diligence to support AEW’s acquisitions of several nursery investments in the West Country and also in Camden, into their Long Lease REIT. The operators are Happy Days in Swindon and Safari Kid (now trading as Kido) in London. We performed in tight timeframes, preparing investor due diligence and acquiring the investments for AEW.
• Montessori St Nicholas – advised on the disposal of the Charity’s immaculate head office property to a local prep school. We achieved well in excess of the guide price, at the height of the pandemic.
