I’m a Partner in our Corporate Real Estate team based in the City of London office. I specialise in providing strategic advice throughout the life cycle of leases as well as conducting broader proactive real estate portfolio analysis, enabling occupiers to maximise efficiency of use and return on costs.
I have worked in Corporate Real Estate since 2014 having previously worked in West End Tenant Advisory.
My clients are typically UK focused business and institutions, with a predominantly leased occupational portfolio.
By developing a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges, I am able to work with my clients to formulate a portfolio strategy, being proactive to identifying issues and opportunities they may face.
I then work closely with the wider Gerald Eve teams to deliver the various work streams needed to achieve our aims, providing a single and unified point of contact to the client throughout.
My key clients include: AlixPartners. Bank of England, Close Brothers, Gallagher, HGF Ltd.
MY RECENT PROJECTS
- I advised on the property Due Diligence on a UK wide portfolio to assist a client in their M&A Activities.
- I provided Portfolio consolidation advice and project monitoring for a client divesting of their UK estate.
- I advised on the Lease re-gear of London HQ building as part of a wider property strategy.
