Robert Fourt

I am a member of the Advisory Board for MSc in Sustainable Urban Development, University of Oxford and an Honorary Visiting Fellow in the Faculty of Finance, Bayes Business School, City University.  I sit on, and have chaired, various RICS Working Parties since 2009 concerning valuation of development land, conduct and reporting and viability in planning. I have been a Trustee of Fresh Wharf Estate for nearly 20 years.

For over 15 years, I oversaw Gerald Eve’s Quarterly Investment Brief publication and regularly present research at various conferences in the UK, Europe and the USA.  I am a contributing author in respect of several publications on applied risk and real options and am frequently invited to speak at conferences, seminars and lecture.

I specialise in the field of development viability, valuation and risk analysis.  I advise private, public and corporate clients on a variety of commercial and residential properties and complex property issues.  I am also an experienced expert witness having given evidence in the High Court, arbitrations, CPO and Planning Inquiries.
