My previous experience includes estates management work for Whitbread, Byron, Allied Domecq Spirits & Wine, La Senza, Azzurri restaurant brands. I also undertake ad-hoc service charge advisory work. I have mentored junior colleagues through the APC and AssocRICS qualifications, and have also been a RREF mentor to students at the University of Reading.

I act for Pizza Express and the master franchisee for Burger King in the UK BKUK Group Limited.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• I implemented a client’s databases as part of contract set-up: this included deeds audits and lease reviews, information and invoice checking, testing of the database and reporting functions. This was undertaken accurately in a short time-frame for taking on property payments for a new client.
• I acted for a restaurant client in leasehold situation where the building above was to be redeveloped. I helped ensure minimal impact on trade, visibility throughout the works and also negotiated the developer covering all client’s costs relating to movement of plant including loss of trade as appropriate. I was the main contact on behalf of client including site visits, discussions with landlord, developer, solicitors, project managers and M&E and planning specialists.
• I advised on the lease acquisition for an area adjoining a restaurant to store bins and enable deliveries for the restaurant allowing to continue to trade, as there was no alternative for bin storage. I was the contact on behalf of client in negotiating the terms of the new lease.
