I work as part of the national rating team based out of our Cardiff Office.
I have over 20 years’ experience in the provision of rating advice and mitigation, and lease consultancy. My particular expertise lies in Leisure and Licensed Property, and also the Industrial Sector. Part of my role also involves advising clients on other non-appeal related rating matters to mitigate their rate liability, including empty property rate strategies and temporary business rate relief applications. I also provide estimates on future rate liability and omitted asset accrual.
Some of my key clients include; Whitbread and their Premier Inn Portfolio, Greene King, The Stonegate Pub Co, Mitchells & Butlers Retail Limited, Admiral Taverns, Thursdays (UK) Ltd, Loungers, St Gobain, Kerry Ingredients, Origin Fertilizers, Tata Steel and The Celtic Manor.
