I’m an Associate in Gerald Eve’s Cardiff office. I’ve been with Gerald Eve for nearly six years since starting on the graduate scheme in September 2014, prior to joining I undertook a work experience placement within the Minerals team in London.
I predominantly specialise in lease consultancy and occupational agency across high street retail, industrial and office assets throughout South Wales and the South West of England.
My key clients have included The Co-operative Group, Bestway Pharmacies, City Plumbing Supplies, EDF Energy, Wolseley, Boots PLC, Carlsberg, Ocado, Kaplan Financial, Arcadis, Travis Perkins, Tata Steel & Gallagher.
MY RECENT PROJECTS
- Tata Steel – I am currently providing strategic advice on the disposal of a 37 acre / 760,000 sq.ft industrial and office complex in Newport.
- Oval Real Estate – After liaising with our Lease Exit team, we were instructed on the freehold disposal of an 85,000 sq.ft office and adjoining land in north Cardiff. We achieved a sale to an owner occupier within 6 months of instruction.
- Maesteg, Bridgend – I advise a private industrial landlord on agency and lease consultancy matters. Through active asset management and marketing, the multi-let industrial estate is now fully let with rental income rising from £72,000pa to £110,000pa in the last 4 years
