I am Head of Hotels and Extended Stay team at Gerald Eve, the largest independent hotel advisory team in the UK and Europe.

I have specialised solely in the hotel and extended stay (aparthotels and serviced apartments) sectors for over 20 years, working with funds, operators, banks and investors across London, the UK and Europe. I also provide Expert Witness advice to the High Court, with my experience including a five-week trial on a complex £250m claim for a hotel development in central London.

I advise on all segmentations from luxury London hotels such as the redevelopment of the Old War Office and the five star Flemings Hotel to regional portfolios including easyHotel and Premier Inn.
