I started my career at Deloitte Real Estate in 2011 after graduating from the University of Cambridge and moved to Gerald Eve in 2016.

I have advised a broad range of clients including private equity, institutions, property companies and banks in the UK.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• Lighthouse and Beacon Portfolios – I advised on the disposal of 32 multi-let industrial estates located throughout the UK and Scotland on behalf of IO Asset Management. The assets were brought to the market by way of two separate portfolios, known as Lighthouse & Beacon and achieved a price of £140m. The deal has been shortlisted for ‘Best Investment Transaction’ at the forthcoming IAS Awards 2019.
• Bluebell Portfolio – I advised on the sale of 15 industrial assets located across the UK for £39.1m. The portfolio, which comprised 54 units, was let to 42 tenants and attracted significant competitive tension through the sale process.
• Pebble Portfolio – I advised on the purchase of an industrial portfolio for M&G comprising five assets in Droitwich, Rugby (x2), Warrington and Winsford for £22.06m. This was the first industrial portfolio purchase for the M&G Value Add Fund.
